![]() That arguing scene with Nate and his dad was heartbreaking for me. On the top of that Nate's dad fetishizes trans people which I think causes in Nate disgust and a sort of curiousity towards trans people. Seeing this as a child is very confusing, they can't understand it on their own and anger can accumulating in them. It's not just about that his father cheated on his mom but also having (weird) sex with much younger people. Witnessing agressive sexual behaviour as a child (exspecially from a father) is really damaging. I don't say that there's no need to hate/disagree with his actions but the show explains us why he behave like that. I know most of the fans really hate Nate which I can understand but I don't agree with it. I just thinking about Euphoria and I wanted to write this down so here are my thoughts about Nate and why I don't hate him.
